or FAX. Payment of the registration fee is by Credit Card (VISA, Master

FEE
All the presenters are requested to pay the full
registration fee. Registration after October 1, 2007 will lead to an
extra charge of JPY. 5,000, except for students. For foreign
participants, this registration fee could be paid by the designated
credit cards. |

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Registered
attendees who find that they cannot attend
must give notice of cancellation in writing (E-mail your cancellation
letter to
as an attached pdf file) in order to receive a partial refund of the
registration fee. Notice of cancellations received on or before October
15, 2007 will be
charged a 15,000 Japanese Yen handling fee. No refund is available for
cancellations received after that date. |
