All the presenters are requested to pay the full registration fee. Registration on or after October 1, 2011 (Extended) will lead to an extra charge of JPY. 5,000.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registered attendees who find that they cannot attend must give notice of cancellation in writing (E-mail your cancellation letter to as an attached pdf file) in order to receive a partial refund of the registration fee. Notice of cancellations received on or before October 1, 2011 will be charged a 15,000 Japanese Yen handling fee. No refund is available for cancellations received after that date.
